Job description Responsibilities : ● Assisting in Providing Halal Food Services: Working in restaurants, food processing companies, or other dining establishments to ensure all foods comply with Halal dietary standards. ● Managing and Supervising Halal Food Production: Overseeing the food production process to ensure all raw materials and production techniques meet Halal standards. ● Involve in the Halal certification requirement & liaise with regulatory bodies. ● To establish and maintain Halal Assurance Management System, develop and manage the audit program as well, and ensure compliance with Halal audits. ● To maintain and update Halal documentation, and Halal validity of all raw supplies. ● To liaise with the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) on Halal matters. ● To handle food quality requirements state by the Food Safety and Quality Division. Requirements : ● A minimum of 2 years experience in Halal Industry. ● Good command of both written and spoken Malay and English ● Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
