Ensure all store operations are well-maintained before opening and after closing, including overall infrastructure, cleanliness, and displays.
Collect RDU units from the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at the store opening and return them to the safety storage box after closing.
Maintain a clean and neat store environment at all times.
2. Display Management:
Ensure all display units are connected to Wi-Fi, flawless (clean & free from fingerprints), and returned to the correct positions after customer interactions.
3. Customer Engagement:
Provides a welcoming atmosphere and ensures high standards of customer experience at all time.
Assist in safeguarding all Samsung products to prevent theft or burglary.
Explain all features and functionalities of devices to customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to convert interactions into sales or ensure customer return.
4. Feedback and Reporting:
Collect feedback from visitors and gather market updates, reporting them to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager accordingly.
5. Customer Assistance:
Be alert and ready to assist or guide nearby customers at all times.
6. Maintenance Reporting:
Report any technical or infrastructure maintenance issues immediately to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager when they occur.
Basic Requirement:
Chinese
Proficient in English
Presentable and good looking appearance
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to explain product features and functionalities clearly.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards.
Previous experience in a retail or promotional role is an advantage.
Experience with live streaming, particularly on Tik Tok Live is a plus.
Additional Notes:
Candidates with experience in creating engaging content and interacting with audiences on Tik Tok Live will have an advantage, as this skill is valuable for enhancing in-store customer experience.
