1. Content Development:
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on key social media platforms (e.g., We Chat, Weibo, Douyin), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce site through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Conduct research to understand trends, preferences, and behaviors of the Chinese audience, using insights to inform content and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media engagement into sales, utilizing effective calls-to-action and promotional offers.
- Analyze sales data to understand the impact of social media activities on conversion rates.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to social media engagement, traffic, and sales conversions.
- Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
- Build relationships with influencers and potential partners within the Chinese market to expand reach and credibility.
- Organize and participate in online events, giveaways, or promotions to boost engagement and brand visibility.
