Location: CHERATING, KUANTAN - MSTS Asia Training Canter

  • A person who holds a PADI Open Water & Advance Open Water Diver Certificate

To maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality and flexible service to our customers, we are currently seeking a FREELANCE TRAINER ASSISTANT to help and support our core Trainers to deliver comprehensive range of safety training programs at our Regional Centers and customer premises (onshore and offshore).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role and responsibilities of a Freelance Trainer Assistant shall include but not limited to support and assist direct training and facilitating duties in the organization:
  • Support in assessing practical training elements to the highest standards as assigned by Core Trainer.
  • Ensuring proper preparation, maintenance, and reporting of training equipment and facilities.
  • Engaging in continuous self-learning, professional development, and staying up to date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrating a mature and positive attitude towards participants, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring excellent external and internal customer service.
  • Handling other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic Qualification & Certification:
  • Possess PADI Open Water & Advance Open Water Diver Certificate
  • Candidates who have no previous experience in Training but has a strong desire to be part of it are most welcome to apply
  • Good English communication skills
