FORWADING CLERK/OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Declaration K1, K2, K4, K8, K9 (Aldec).
  • Liaison with runner, transportation, co-loader, shipping liner and Freight Forwarder.
  • Arranging transportation.
  • Issue correction manifest, notice of arrival , profit sheet and Invoice.
  • Issue Quotation.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least relevant SPM/ Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma.
  • Candidates with knowledge in Malaysia Custom requirements, shipment handling, incoterms and forwarding agent requirements is a MUST.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Words.
  • Must be able to communicate (read & write) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work at Senawang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
