Food & Beverage Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • To take order and serve food and beverage orders according to the established service sequences and procedures.
  • To handle delivery and take-away order
  • To assist in the production of beverage orders according to the established recipes and procedures in the outlet
  • To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
Job Requirements
  • SPM graduated and above
  • Have experience in F&B industry will be add on advantage
  • Able to work weekend and Public Holiday
  • Able to work as team, and passionate in Chinese Herbal and Wellness
  • Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Able to speak in Chinese, Malay and English
Working Hours:
  • 6 days work, 1 hour lunch/Dinner
  • Waktu bekerja: 9am-5.30pm / 2.30pm-11pm (shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
