FOOD AND BEVERAGES ASSISTANT
Food and Beverage Assistants are primarily responsible for serving food. Their main duties responsibilities include:
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
- Serve customers politely and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverage products to the correct specification
- Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and tidy
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner
- Recommend signature dishes and beverage of the restaurant
- Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services
- Prepare sales report , cashiering, check stock, ordering of stock
- Making coffee as barista
- Minimum SPM
- Friendly, positive and pleasant personality
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to speak simple English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Neat appearance
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
