OPERATIONS CREW (PART TIME)
RM6.5 pay by hourly
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to an environment where clients feel happy and at ease
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Excellent communication skills in addressing enquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable at all times
- Prepare/ turnover the studio between classes
- Set up new clients on the bike & support them as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work a non-traditional structure schedule - weekend, public holidays, early weekday morning, midday, late evening.
- Operate within the assigned duties for their scheduled shift (Client Support and Facilities including CLEANING checklists.
- Excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email required.
- Ability to trouble shoot and react quickly
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able and willing to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance
- Must be willing to clean Washroom, Bathroom, Lobby, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 2kg.
