Financial Advisor | Loan Consultant - Immediate Starters

Job Scope:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Job Scope:
- Client Engagements: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide information on available loan products from different banks, and help them select the best options.
- Loan Processing: Analyze loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, verify financial documents, and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants' financial history, including credit, income, and debt, to determine loan eligibility.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on lending laws and regulations, ensuring all loan transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Loan Origination: Guide clients through the loan origination process, from initial application to closing, and provide continued support.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively seek new lending opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and follow-up communication.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and provide regular updates to management on loan status and customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- financial consultant/advisor/loan: 1 year (Preferred)
