Finance/Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables.
- Assist in closing monthly & full set accounts timely.
- Handle filing, keep records and ensure accurate document filing.
- General office administration works.
- Prepare related company transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- To assist in preparing management reports, ensuring its consistency, accuracy and timely reporting
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Good in Excel & Word.
- Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated to work.
- Customer service oriented, positive and engaging attitude.
- Ability to manage priorities, ready to multi-task and ability to work independently.
- LCCI accounting diploma or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
