Job Description
1． Responsible for the daily management financial affairs of the Malaysia company
2．Organize the formulation and improvement of the financial system and work process, and supervise
the implementation of the system
3．Under the guidance of the group's business plan, organize the preparation of capital, revenue, cost, and expenses budgets, and implement them upon approval. Inspect and supervise the implementation, and timely feedback on financial funds, costs, expenses and other information to the group leaders
4．Review the original vouchers of all costs and expenses of the company, and monitor all expenditures
5．Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant agencies such as Finance, Taxation, Banking, Government, and Accounting Firms
6．Coordinate the works of the Finance Department, so that each position can coordinate well to promote the realization of the company's overall goals
7. Responsible for the establishment, standardization and optimization of the financial accounting system and financial process system, and organize the daily work of the department
8. Make a unified tax planning according to the company's operating conditions, and plan tax-related affairs reasonably
9.Responsible for preparation of financial statements and management reports timely, and performing necessary financial analysis, and providing decision-making suggestions from a financial perspective
10．Responsible for internal and external audits of the company
11. Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Possess at least a Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy
2．Have comprehensive financial expertise, accounting processing, financial management experience,
tax planning, cost control etc.
3.Proficient in country fiscal and taxation laws and regulations, with excellent professional judgment
ability and good experience in analysis and processing of accounting projects
4．Have good practical experience in financing
5 . Familiar with accounting standards and related regulations and policies of financial, taxation and
auditing
6. Have strong communication and coordination skills
7．Have good discipline, teamwork and innovative spirit
8. Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
