Finance Manager
- Financial Accounting: Manages accurate financial reporting, cash and working capital, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
- Cost Accounting: Develops and maintains cost systems, ensures accurate cost data, and supports cost analysis for pricing and margins.
- Reporting: Produces and analyzes timely reports to aid management and regulatory compliance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversees the budgeting process, involves stakeholders, and presents comprehensive budgets for approval.
- Supervision of Sub Ledgers: Ensures accurate reconciliation of sub-ledgers, monitors credit limits, and manages timely payments and updates.
- Infor ERP Software Management: Manages and improves ERP systems, trains users, and optimizes system support for accounting and costing.
- Cost Control: Monitors and controls expenses, ensures adherence to corporate rules, and improves cost reporting.
- Cash and Credit Management: Develops cash flow forecasts, manages dividends, optimizes financial portfolios, and assesses financial health of stakeholders.
- Insurance: Ensures proper insurance coverage for high-value risks to prevent unforeseen losses.
- Taxes: Manages tax declarations, payments, and planning to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities.
- Company Secretarial Matters: Ensures compliance with laws and company secretarial requirements.
Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
