Finance and Admin Manager

Role Description
Position open only for MALAYSIANS. This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for an Accounts & Admin Executive at Airscan Malaysia. As an Accounts & Admin Executive, your responsibilities will include :
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts (using 'Odoo' ERP & accounts system)
  • Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
  • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Process and record monthly invoices
  • Prepare monthly payments
  • Maintain proper accounting record and filing
  • Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
  • Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
  • Record and track team leave
  • Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
  • Administrative and HR duties :- Manage staff, office maintenance, servicing and supplies
  • Provide administrative assistance to management, coordinate with different departments, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required
Job requirements
  • Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
  • Knowledge in SST & e-Invoicing
  • Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision!
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sheets
  • Proficiency in Odoo software preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is a requirement
  • Has at least 3 years relevant experience
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen
