F&B Supervisor
a. greet & seat guest,
b. assist disable, senior citizen guest and children,
c. escort guests to tables and hand them menus,
d. work in any area of the restaurant as may be detailed to perform,
e. prepare the restaurant ready for service, including keeping assigned areas stock with supplies,
f. make drinks to spec recipe,
g. demonstrate knowledge of all table/station numbers,
h. serve food & beverages to guest,
i. handle cash & other forms of payment,
j. make proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system,
k. direct guests to areas/restrooms,
l. demonstrate impeccable product knowledge including but not limited to nutrition facts , operation hours and etc.,
m. suggestive selling - using proven technique,
(ix) Implement and oversee cleanliness and sanitation procedures;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
