F&B CREW (ABANG STRAWBERRY) - CAMERON HIGHLANDS
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Food Preparations.
B) Meal Presentation.
C) Stocks Management - Kitchen and Storeroom.
D) Kitchen Setup and Breakdowns.
E) Control coordination between Front and Back of the House (Café) to ensure All Menu is ON, reduce delay and reviewing Food and Beverages (products) quality.
F) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints - provide helpful answers to queries or questions proffered by customers.
G) Assistance in implementation of food safety system - Halal, HACCP and any Quality Assurance related.
H) Following SOPs and Work Instructions provided by Leader.
I) Deadlines, accuracy, and output quality - smooth and timely workflow.
J) Deliver and prepared foods in the most efficient manners.
K) Wastage management.
L) Assist Barista and/or Front of the House (Café) as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
