Job summary:
- Take lead to drive customer order fulfilment improvement for Consumer Goods top key customers, and to develop a conducive business platform to support the company in driving sales for existing suppliers.
- Fast sales penetration for new suppliers with key customers, as well as supporting the Customer Account Management teams to speed up resolution of disputes.
General responsibilities:
1) Improving service levels to top 10 customers
- Review and address issues on service level performance
- Regular service level meetings with key customers (for Synergize and Full Service clients including 4PL & Exclusive) to drive service level improvement.
- Conducting Business Review with Key 13 Customers.
2) Single point of contact for Exclusive team (full service, 4PL) on major matters relating to key customer as the go-to person by Exclusive 1 and Exclusive 2 teams on challenges faced when dealing with customers
- Work with NCAMs and GCAM to resolve major issues / disputes with key customers.
- Coordinate annual TT reconciliation from E1 and E2 teams.
3) Trading terms convergence point and yearly reconciliation
- Vetting through all trading terms to ensure DKSH is protected, and it is consistent with DKSH umbrella/group terms.
- Repository for all trading terms
- Being the champion for yearly trading terms reconciliation process
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g., CAM teams, Client Management team and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Functional skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
- Proven customer development/account management experience in fast moving consumer goods
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding.
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and communicate clear and concisely.
- Agile in implement fast-paced online environment onto DKSH
- Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in team setting.
- Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently.
- Good level of computer literacy
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing or related field.
Work experience:
Minimum one to two years’ experience in a similar role
