Executive Assistant & Tele Marketer

EA Responsbilities
* Provide administrative and client service support to the Director serving Private Clients.
* Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
* Support Director in the provision of advisory services to clients
* Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of reviews/renewals, etc
* Handle administrative duties including scheduling of appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
* Coordinate with operations and other functional areas as necessary
* The EA will also assist Director to oversee the end-to-end service aspects throughout the case lifecycle (pre- and post-sale)
* Pre-sale:
* liaise with clients to assist with understanding and gathering of required financial and medical documents, underwriting requirements and other necessary documents, Responsible for ongoing and proactive status updates.
* Post-sale:
* Facilitate the overall processes for post sales transaction
* Manage timelines
Telemarketer
- Data Mining and Lead List Creation
- Daily calling of prospects
- Arranging of appointments with prospects
- managing sales pipeline of events
General Responsibilities & Requirements
* Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
* Meticulous, strong attention to details
* Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes
* Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient
* Strong network of contacts and/or willingness to connect with the JB/Malaysian Business community.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Highly numerate and computer literate.
* Proficiency in English/Malay, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as you are required to handle Malay Clients
* Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
