Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Support:
- Manage product listings, removals, and updates on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tik Tok.
- Assist with e-commerce platform maintenance and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Collect and analyze sales, inventory, and market data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports to support business decisions and improve processes.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing valuable feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Oversee the social media calendar and execute content strategies across platforms like Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage KOL/Influencer and affiliate marketing collaborations to amplify brand visibility.
- Design and create engaging marketing materials to support campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity.
