Driver cum Admin
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Driver cum Admin to support Plant Manager's daily operations. The ideal candidate will not only excel at driving and vehicle maintenance but also assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
- Safely transport staff and goods to designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and files.
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Handle correspondence and communication as needed.
- Assist in record-keeping and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Malaysia driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably for corporate management.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as required.
- Based at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan
- Possess good attitude
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
