*Role Overview*: Boss Design Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, energetic, and engaging *Social Media and Marketing Influencer Specialist* to drive customer interaction and brand awareness through strategic use of Tik Tok and other social media platforms. This role will be pivotal in showcasing our carpentry and interior design services, increasing showroom walk-ins, and generating leads through innovative online engagement. *Key Responsibilities*: * *Produce Daily Tik Tok Videos*: - Conduct 3 daily Tikok videos: - Live from the Office Showroom* in the morning (1 hour). - Live Interactive Session from Home* during peak night hours (1 hour). - A third creative video: either an *on-site live session* at a customer's house or a creatively edited video*. - Submit all videos with a *viewer engagement report*. * *Social Media & Website Management*: - *Manage all social media platforms* (Tik Tok, Instagram, Watsapp, Linkedin, Telegram, Facebook) and *update website content* regularly. * *Content Creation*: - Utilize *Collove AI software* for easy creation of supplementary content, animations, and graphics. Video creation & poster creation. * *Engagement Reporting*: - Provide *daily reports on viewer engagement, with performance evaluated based on the number of **daily, weekly, and monthly walk-ins* driven by your live sessions. * *Google Ad Management*: - Oversee and manage *Google Ads* to ensure maximum reach and customer engagement. *What You Bring*: * Strong on-camera presence, with experience in video editing and scriptwriting. * A flair for creativity, capable of thinking outside the box to engage and entertain an online audience. * Ability to track and report on engagement analytics, using insights to optimize future content. * Willingness to work flexible hours to align with peak viewer engagement times. Job Requirements: -Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, Media or related field. - Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred -Hands-on experience of Adobe software (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) -You have used Facebook Ads Manager before. -Copywriting experience is a big plus -Advance level in design and image editing skills is preferred -Very meticulous, able to multi-tasks and organised -Creativity in idea pitching -Strong command of language, written and spoken.( English , Malay and Mandarin) -Have a positive attitude to do any kind of work given to you -Hardworking, High responsibility and keen to learn new things. -Able to work in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
