Job Description:
- Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store(s).
- Promoting services offered in all media social platform.
- To ensure the smooth functioning of company’s digital storefront
- Achieve sales target.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory and prices.
2. Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including mailing and social media promotions.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with Customers.
5. Follow up sales and order processing.
6. Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trend, opportunities for improvement and drive organic traffic.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
9. Handle daily marketplace operation, include order processing, customer service and other questions.
10. Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign.
11. Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements:
1. Min in Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Study / E-Commerce in Entrepreneurs or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
3. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
