DIGITAL MARKETING

  • E-commerce Platform Management:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Optimize online store presence, including content, product listings, and promotional campaigns, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and seasonal campaigns align with the company’s objectives.
  • Campaign Development and Management:
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns and sales events to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including live streams, short videos, and ads, that align with platform best practices and audience preferences.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign efficiency and drive better results.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future strategies.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the live host team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives and develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Develop marketing materials and initiatives that support the live host team’s objectives, including social media promotions and platform advertisements.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitors’ strategies to keep our brand competitive.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and present actionable recommendations to enhance digital presence on e-commerce platforms.
Job specification:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, particularly on e-commerce platforms like Tik Tok, Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
  • Background in sales and marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and e-commerce consumer behavior.
  • Income: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Working hours: 8am - 6pm with 1 hour break
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
