JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Cross check delivery order with physical incoming material to ensure accurate item received.
2. To ensure that all goods once receipted are handled correctly labelled before they go into stores.
3. Implement warehouse work procedures & progress accordingly.
4. Ensure that all documentation is filled correctly daily.
5. Ensure accurate DO (Delivery Order), item received, inventory, and every transaction physical and system.
6. Perform cycle counts in accordance with cycle count procedures.
7. Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance with the standards required by the company and industrial practices.
8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding any issues that arise.
9.Willing to accept other ad-hoc responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM certificate.
2. No working experience or at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse or in related field is required.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
4. Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication.
5. Able to work in a team and independently under minimum supervision.
6. Hardworking and have a good sense of urgency to handle daily daily works.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills can meet the deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
