Customer Service
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team efforts by achieving relevant results as required
Manage a large number of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct methods and tools
Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follows up to ensure resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
