Credit Control Executive
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Manage daily AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to client.
- Process customer payments, reconcile bank statements, and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and credit balance adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing information.
- Implement and maintain AR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize delinquencies.
- Prepare weekly aging reports and perform follow-ups on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and provide support during the month-end closing process.
- 8. Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in Credit Control or AR processing
- Willing to be based at either Genting Highlands or Kuala Lumpur
- Demonstrate good working knowledge and application of local/international accounting standards, principles, and practices; credit control experience is preferred
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
