Corporate Secretarial Executive (Segamat) The role involves coordinate with our appointed company secretary, reviewing corporate documents, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and handling tax-related matters with basic accounting support. Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison with the appointed external company secretary.
Review and ensure timely submission of documents such as board and director resolutions, statutory filings, meeting minutes.
Support and assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, statutory files maintenance (i.e. maintain and update company's statutory books and records) and related statutory requirements.
Monitor and manage deadlines for corporate filings and compliance tasks.
Assist in corporate tasks such as make announcements to Bursa Securities, liaise with auditors, share registrar and other professionals.
Handle and perform admin functions such as preparing of cover letters, correspondences and maintaining proper filing.
Handle tax-related matters, including liaising with external tax agents on corporate tax filings and submissions.
Assisting with tax compliance and ensuring timely tax payments and filing.
Provide support in accounting matters related to tax and financial reporting.
Any other task as assigned by management or superior from time to time.
Job Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles.
Sound knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia's Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other related regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and IFCA.
Successful candidate will be located at our Head Quarter Office at Segamat, Johor.
Willing to travel for outstation meetings if required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
