JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building solid relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and assuring product or service satisfaction.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Serving as major clients' main contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and aggressively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market.
- Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements.
- Responsible for the company to achieve its target presence & revenue stream from the Hotels & Commercial Establishments.
- To manage a larger client base and constantly look for new clients.
- Responsible for continuously reviewing business process requirements to improve productivity & efficiency, thus contributing to lower operation costs.
- Identifying common sales roadblocks and feeding back client requirements into the product development process.
- Responsible to draw proposals to ensure that commercial establishments and hotels face minimum interruption in the event of a faulty DMS or SMATV system by providing efficient technical support & after-sales service from manufacturers/service providers to avoid loss of revenue & customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or professional qualification in any relevant field.
- Have sales planning, Key Accounts Sales Management, strategic planning, designing sales comm, and cost management experience & knowledge.
- Process-oriented and problem-resolution skills coupled with strong customer service requirements.
- Strong ability to build working relationships with other departments and with a variety of business partners.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships in the hospitality and commercial sectors is an added advantage.
- Strong self-discipline, Role model, & Motivator Good interpersonal & organization skills. Good time management & has strong follow-through abilities.
