1. Provides safe and effective quality care to all patients in a manner that meets standard safety policy and nursing competencies.
2. Ensures smooth running of the assigned clinic as required.
3. Maintains cleanliness of clinic and all equipment adhering all policies including Infection Control Policies.
4. Assist patient in appointment scheduling
5. Make a reminder call along with reminder message to patient a day before to confirm the patient’s appointment
6. Answer telephone enquiries from patient and customers.
7. Coordinate laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures; medication orders and etc. for patients
8. Preparing patient Medical Record by obtaining personal and health information.
9. Assist patient on insurance guarantee letter application.
10. Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.
11. Effective stock management inventory as per departmental requirements to ensure adequate supply.
12. Performs accurate patient care charges.
13. Ensures proper documentation and data entry using clinic system.
