CLINIC ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
  • Answering phone call and fulfil all the requirements needed.
  • Greet customers well and politely.
  • Identify the patients and the payment method.
  • Check the validity patient in the panel portal and the availability balance.
  • Register the patients’ details accurately in the system.
  • Provide the panel for to the patients.
  • Provide screening form to patients for an insurance medical check-up.
  • Get the doctor if the patients are waiting for their treatment.
  • Key in all the patients’ details in 'daily patient visit' books.
  • Monitor patients who attend according to queue number.
  • Locked the consultation room after finishing up the treatment.
  • Chaperone patient if needed.
  • Provide treatments’ form to doctor based on requirements.
  • Assists in treatment procedure when needed.
  • Assists in emergency issue.
  • Call an ambulance for referral cases to the hospital.
  • Review the medication list before giving it to the patient.
Qualifications and Experience:
a) Minimum SPM.
b) Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
c) Computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
