Clinic Assistant

Full job description
  • To manage clinic administration work (including online panels claims)
  • Assist doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures
  • Dispense medication to patients based on doctor's prescription.
  • Reply to patient's inquiries: to provide information regarding clinic services
  • To perform daily billing management
  • Stock taking on drugs and consumables
  • To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time
Qualifications and Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language will be added advantage.
  • Working experience in the related field preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
