CLIENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents and new prospects
Manage all complaints and feedback received from agents or customers and ensure all actions are taken in a proper manner / Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Understand and cater to customer' needs, providing personalized solutions and offers primarily through phone interactions or other platforms. / Understanding the customer's interest while sharing their feedback
Promote and enhance Milagro brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Keeping existing agents updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
