KEY ROLES

• Responsible on all matters pertaining to smooth and efficient operations of Group Management and Services.
• Supervise all employees of the Group Management and Services as below:
  a) Infrastructure & Asset Management Division
  b) Building Maintenance & Facilities Department
  c) Information & Communication Technology Division
  d) Procurement Division
  e) Corporate HSE & Security Department
• Work closely with other departments in supporting department/section/unit activities & initiatives.
• Drive a culture of service excellence across all departments.
• Implement and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and achieve organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree Business Administration/Social Science or any related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in managerial level and holding minimum of 5 years in senior leadership position.
• Experience in administration preferably in asset and facilities management, IT infrastructure and services, Procurement, etc.
• Possess good leadership quality.
• Able to supervise cross functional units.
