• Manage a team of Credit Control staff.
• Formulate the company’s credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risks.
• Review credit applications and credit references to set credit limits and ensure creditworthiness.
• Review monthly aging reports, journal entries, DN/CN, and assist with month-end closing for Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to manage overdue accounts and disputes, keeping them within healthy levels.
• Review and report on aged debtors to top management.
• Visit customers with long overdue or disputed issues to negotiate settlement plans.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
• Preferably a Manager specializing in Finance - Accounts Receivable or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Kempas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
