This role will involve engaging with members of the public either in busy events and malls- Inspiring them along with teaching them all about the amazing work our charities do and inviting them to make a regular, monthly donation to the cause. You will -

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- We believe happy and healthy staff are the backbone of every successful company - 30 hour working week but be paid for 40 hours (Contingent on business needs)
- Rapid progression – through our bespoke blended learner programme, you can progress to a senior management level within 3 – 6 months
- Commission between 1000 – 4000 per month
This role will involve engaging with members of the public either in busy events and malls- Inspiring them along with teaching them all about the amazing work our charities do and inviting them to make a regular, monthly donation to the cause. You will -
- Engage and acquire members of the public as donors for major NGOs
- Meet weekly and monthly performance KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet fundraising targets and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the organization's goals, projects, and impact to inspire potential donors to contribute.
- Provide information about various donation options and encourage sign-ups for regular giving programs
- Stay informed about current campaigns, events, and organizational updates to effectively convey information to potential donors.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to improve fundraising techniques and stay updated on organizational goals and strategies.
