Qualifications :
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.
- Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel & data entry.
- A team player and initiative.
- Mandatory language in written and spoken - English. Additional advantage if able to write and communicate in Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Responsible for system-related work which would consist of :
- Purchase Order Entry.
- Purchase Order Monitoring and Maintenance.
- Purchase pricing data maintenance.
- Monitor Inbound shipment. Ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management.
- RMA
- Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics & Finance.
- Render administrative support to team members when the need arises.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
