Degree in civil engineering with 1 year experience in building maintenance or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience in building maintenance 1. To assist Operation Manager on day-to-day activities. 2. To attend daily Operation Meeting with client IFKM in providing data and reports regarding all activities. 3. To inspect facilities periodically as per schedule to determine problems and all necessary maintenance to be done. 4. Prepare weekly & monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work for Building Maintenance technician. 5. To supervise and train building maintenance technicians in doing repair or maintenance work. 6. To monitor daily and weekly inventory of materials and equipment to ensure no shortages occur and no machine breakdown. 7. To participate with client in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations) 8. To ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. 9. To assist operation manager in preparing monthly activities report to submit to client . To provide daily activity report to Facility Manager. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
