Job Description: -
- Ensure monthly sales revenue targets are met
- Ensure all rental and leasing inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, forecast financial objectives, and manage budgets effectively.
- Provide training and motivation to ensure team adherence to SOPs, while maintaining high levels of customer and team satisfaction.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor the branch's vehicle fleet, managing vehicle status, aging, maintenance, and disposal.
- Oversee the purchase of new vehicles to ensure fleet efficiency and effectiveness
- At least 8 -10 year above working experience in related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and support.
- Strong background in sales with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent skills in managing customer relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies, including marketing and sales plans.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance.
- Experience in overseeing daily operations, including managing inventory and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
