Beautician (Mandarin speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist doctor in all aesthetics and cosmetic procedures .
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Provide professional skincare counselling to patient.
  • Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement
  • Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.
Other Duties:
  • Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.
  • Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)
  • Assist in/clinical procedures/operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.
  • Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum with Certificate in any field or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and (Mandarin is a must).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Computer literate.
  • Possess own transport
