Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages, along with signature fresh bakes and sandwiches.
- Uphold high-quality standards in all food and beverage preparation.
- Create positive experiences for customers through:
- Initiating conversations and building connections.
- Encouraging customers to try limited-time offers and join the loyalty program.
- Providing thoughtful suggestions for complementary food and beverage items.
- Ensure consistency and excellence of products by following standard recipes and preparation procedures.
- Receive training on proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment.
- Minimum SPM and above
- Preferably at least 1 years of experience in the café / coffee industry
- Fluent in English and Mother Tongue, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and cheerful personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Capable of multitasking and handling stressful situations.
- Willingness to work on shift work, including overnight shifts, public holidays and weekends.
