Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Manager
This position involves overseeing the sales and operations of our outlet and managing the team. The candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
The role will require full-time training at our headquarters in Malaysia for 3 to 6 months before transitioning to a permanent position at our Singapore outlet.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

- Manage the overall sales performance of the shops and team, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them
- Coach and train sales staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales techniques necessary to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities and make recommendations to management for staying competitive in the market
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales staff and provided feedback, coaching and support to help them achieve their targets
- Ensure delivery of 100% customer satisfaction
- Achieve district target set by the management
- Candidate with at least a Diploma or Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related Retail preferably experience in Apparel Industry and a with people management experience
- Passion in customer service and strong communicator
- Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills
- Strong organization skills, analytical and detail-oriented
- Independent, self-motivated
- Responsible and good communication skills
- Candidate with prior experience in the textile industry will have an added advantage
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
