Air Key Account Customer Service Specialist
Pride PRO is a Regional Executive Recruitment Company headquartered in Malaysia, specializing in talent acquisition across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bayan Baru. Currently seeking air-freight talent to support their business expansion.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner as the first point of contact.
- Process customer orders and manage routings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to create exceptional service experiences.
- Coordinate air freight shipments and transportation arrangements.
- Book services with co-loaders for import and export operations.
- Handle import/export permit declarations and customs clearance.
- Keep the pulse on customer satisfaction and seek improvements.
- Manage expectations for key accounts and VIP customers.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to meet their needs.
- Work with teams on corrective and preventative actions as needed.
- Help craft and create customer-specific KPI reporting and scorecards.
- Prepare billing documents accurately and efficiently.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
