ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

(Location: Mid Valley Southkey North Tower, Johor Bahru)
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Administration team.
  • Assist management in compiling reports for management on monthly.
  • Prepare administrative documents such as Memos, PR Tracking, compile month end for reports.
  • Prepare for new tenants’ commencement (mailbox keys, building access card, etc.
  • Attending inquiries and process access card and car park application.
  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
  • Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant qualifications.
  • 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good common in both written and spoken English and Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
