Job Description:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies, oversee the hiring process, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Address employee relations issues, implement policies to foster a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts.
- Identify training needs, develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Implement performance management systems, conduct evaluations, and set goals to improve performance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor relations, and manage administrative staff for smooth operations.
- Possessed Diploma or above in HR, Management or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Management.
- Familiar with Employment Act, HR best practices and grievance procedures.
- Proficient with Mandarin, Malay and English (verbal & written).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
