ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Review and manage client contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Client Relationship Management: Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Solutions, Pre-Sales & Segment Marketing, and Delivery, to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Sales and Negotiation: Leverage advanced sales skills to market and close the sale of offerings. Negotiate contracts to secure accounts at a profit.
- Client Communication: Use interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings. Conduct product demonstrations and public speaking engagements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Advanced sales skills, including the ability to market and close the sale of an offering.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate products.
- Public speaking experience is a plus.
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
