Account Executive cum Administrator
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Manage accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and prepayments.
- Track and report on loan repayment statuses, including preparing payment schedules and communicating with lenders.
- Monitor funding sources and cash flow to support operational needs, ensuring adequate liquidity for business activities.
- Manage petty cash & claims reimbursement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ad hoc duties given by management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
