Account Executive
- Posses LCCI certificate
- Handle full set of accounts including ensuring timely and accurate preparation of month end closing.
- Responsible for all accounting-related work including performing daily accounting operations, monthly accounts receivable, account payables, bank reconciliation, payment voucher, journal voucher, monitoring cash flow, follow up overdue debtors/creditors ledger and management reports, etc.
- Tracking & updating fixed assets register.
- Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, balance sheet analysis report and company yearly budget forecasts.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all accounting duties and records are prepared and maintained.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
- Communication : Chinese, English, Malay
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
