Account Executive
Requirements:
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Experience in construction/ property development/ real estate industry
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Taxation or other accounting-related fields
- Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines
- Preferably to be based in Janda Baik
- Manage the Company's full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
- Analyze financial data specific to construction or property projects to support project viability and profitability.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, ensuring compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy.
- Prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget.
- Monitor bank balance/cash flow position and fund replacement.
- Coordinate and prepare the financial budget/ projection and performance target and monitor financial performance against the budgeted/ projected financial related matters.
- Manage, update, improve and maintain an accurate and effective filing system.
- Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks and when assigned.
