Account Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office 365, Outlook, Accounting Softwares e.g. Auto Count
- Preferably with professional qualification specialized in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.
- Maintain of proper accounting and banking records and filling system
- Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers’ CTOS report
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure that payments are correctly applied and received in a timely fashion.
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, overdue reports
- Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances.
- Work closely with the sales team for debtor collection
- Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers’ CTOS report

- Working Hours : Mon to Friday : 8.45am – 5.45pm
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
