ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in accounting field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle a full set of accounts (trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss).
- Liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.
- Has a knowledge in SQL Accounting Software, Words and Excel.
- Record account receivable
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of department
- Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
- Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
- Assist with administrative duties such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties.
- Handle data entry.
- Other related works as assigned from superior.
Job Type: Permanent
Working days/time : Mon-Fri (8.00 am - 5.15 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
