Account Assistant / Executive
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Help maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
